The following Products and Services are available within our facility:
Vitrobot Mark IVThe Vitrobot Mark IV is used for semi-automated cryo-EM sample vitrification, simplifying grid preparation and improving reproducibility. The Vitrobot Mark IV is compatible with unclipped sample grids only. |
Glacios 2The Glacios 2 cryo-TEM is optimized for high sample and image throughput. The Autoloader accepts as many as 12 sample grids simultaneously, and the EPU and Tomography software allow for rapid screening and configuration of automated data collection. |
F200CTalos F200C cryo-TEM is a side entry microscope suitable for screening of negatively stained samples. The F200C is capable of automated data collection with EPU, tilt series acquisition with the Tomography software, and microED. Without an Autoloader, the F200C is not optimal for cryo-EM sample screening. |
